Off to a bad start. They changed my appointment twice, and when I arrived at the salon, I was told the stylist was running late, and could I come back later. I expressed annoyance and they allocated someone else. I felt they were not overly bothered as I was visiting them with a voucher.
Alex did my hair, and she was very good. Took her time, and I was very pleased with the result.

I had my roots done. I liked the colour, it matched my hair. They have massage chairs to sit on while your hair gets washed, which was lovely as my back was sore! Happy overall, may return!

The salon is a real nice place. Loved the back massage you get when they are washing your hair. Staff very polite but although I liked the haircut, I expected more from a style director.

The hairdressers were very friendly and extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable, very pleased with my visit! Unfortunately I had a disaster with a 'wash out' hair dye that never washed out and made dying it lighter very difficult, but as I said the staff were wonderful and really went out of their way to help fix my hair and advised on future appointments.
