The lady who did my treatment was really nice, great customer service!
She was very gentle with my hair and I appreciated that as I always suffer when going to the hairdressers (they always pull my hair so badly) but this time was spot on!
The colour was exactly what I was looking for and the result was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the back massage while having my hair washed ;)
I'll definitely recommend this place!

As soon as I got there, someone from the staff came to welcoming me. It was actually the Style Director. She was great! She gave me some advice regarding the colour that suited me best.
I left the saloon very happy with her work.
Definitely coming back again!

The person who took care of me was very nice and friendly. It was very good value for my money and I got exactly what I wanted in terms of length. Everything was done very quickly, which is a goof thing in my book as I don't like spending long hours at the hairdresser. The only thing I would point out was that for the blow dry, my hair was done so that it was extremely straight. I have naturally curly hair and never straighten it, I think it would have been good to just ask me if how I wanted it (as I am not used to the British straight hair style). But the blowdry still was done really well and all in all I had a very good experience.
