It was very busy, I had to wait another 25 minutes from my appointment time. Towels all were really horrible, old and manky. Although my hair cut was good, the whole experience wanst. Will not come back.

After booking a last minute appointment an hour before Fig (the style director) was absolutely brilliant, listening to what I wanted and then adding her own spin on it. Cannot fault her service and she was incredibly friendly. The salon was clean, with plenty of magazines to read, and the back massage whilst having my hair washed was a welcome addition. Thanks, I'll definitely be back.

Although we had booked for four of us at same time we all got seen separately and I had same stylist as my friend that went first! Staff we good though and we could bring our own champagne to drink which was nice as we were celebrating 2 birthdays. We were given a discount due to appt muck up.

There must have been a box to tick for customer service because it was obviously not included in the price. I have not been offered water or coffee on arrival, the stylist despite good cutting skills was jumping from me to another client.
I really like the cut, the color on the other hand is another story. I asked and chose an ashy blond and ended up with a not so blond orangy color that is all but what I asked for (and chose on the book).
I would definitely not recommend this place. Terribly overpriced for the quality of service provided.

My stylist was lovely and did a pretty good job. Booked 4 appointments at 330 for me and 3 friends to have a blowdry before going to dinner. One of us was seen at 350, another at 4.15 and the other two at 4.45. Mgr was apologetic and offered discount and luckily we weren't late for dinner so was ok. Few of us had to notify stylists' about blowdrier being too hot too close to scalp. All our hair was satisfactory, was fine for price and one off experience.
