I booked for a wash, cut and blow dry with a senior stylist. I had a very simple, minimal cut and while the stylist herself was great and I was happy with my haircut, I was shocked by how bad the service and organisation of the place was. I had to wait 20 minutes from the time of my appointment. The stylist washed and cut my hair and everything was going fine until it looked like she had another client coming in. She left me to go take care of the other client and asked the young woman taking care of reception to blow dry my hair. I thought she was probably a hairdresser, and was fine with this. There is no way this woman was a qualified hairdresser, let alone the 'senior stylist' I paid for. She wrecked my hair! She took about 30mins to do about one third of my hair, going over each strand about 20 times. I had no idea what was going on and thought I'd just wait and see the result. All of my hair was stuck into brushes she used to 'create waves', she was pulling on it to get it out of the brushes, with half of the hair remaining stuck in there and the other half just looking like a frizzy mess. She looked like she had no clue what she was doing. After the actual hairdresser had finished with her other client, she came over and saved the mess. The receptionist, clearly embarassed, simply told me 'I should have used bigger brushes, it's because I used small brushes' and walked away - How this is my problem, I don't know. The hairdresser started all over again after untangling the mess that was my hair. This was just so embarassing I did not know what to say. There was clearly a problem with time management and the hairdresser was just trying to maximise the time given the place was overbooked, but they are clearly more concerned with maximising their profit than offering acceptable service. Again, the actual hairdresser was fine, but the whole experience just is not worth a single penny. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

My experience at Hebe Hair & Beauty Salon was outstanding. I was nicely greeted by the receptionist who then offered to take my coat. My hairstylist really however made the experience for me as she was very easy to talk to about my hair problem and gave me her honest opinion. She was a hairdresser who told me everything at Hebe would be amazing for me. Overall, I have recommended here to my friends and family & I will definitely be returning.

Really happy with my wash and blow dry, it really looked great afterwards. Fig was lovely as always was very friendly and polite. The price is very reasonable for Central London and I would definitely recommend.
