I would like to start by saying this is possibly THE WORST salon I have EVER been to. If you are looking for a talented and friendly stylist then this is not the place to go. Sam, the girl who did my hair, was rude, disinterested and didn't have a clue what she was doing. I asked her to colour my hair in Balayage. firstly she called it ombre(this is something totally different) and then she used bleach on my hair. I was told that this would cost(in total) £120 pounds. This is expensive enough but then in order for me to actually get the desired colour, the toner would be another 30 pounds. Ridiculous. who doesn't include the price of the COLOUR, what I asked for in the overall price?! I would have refused to pay this and walked out only the bleach was already on my hair for nearly an hour before someone decided to inform me of this. If I had not had the toner put on, then I would have been leaving with illuminous orange hair. Once it was finished, it was disgusting. I have just got it fixed by a truly talented stylist somewhere else, so this was more money thrown on something to fix the disaster that was done from THIS salon.
I would advise anyone who is thinking about getting anything other than a basic colour or basic cut to go somewhere else!!!! So very disappointed.
I had already been here once for a texturiser and was happy, so I booked in this time for a treatment. Again, I was happy with the speed of the service and how my hair turned out - soft and bouncy.
The salon location is convenient for me to visit after work, the prices have so far been very reasonable and the staff are friendly, I will certainly be making regular visits here.

This has been my favourite all around salon in London so far! They were very nice, attentive, quick, talented and reasonably priced in an excellent location! I have to say, getting my hair washed while in a massage chair was a new and wonderfully relaxing experience! I highly recommend this salon. Sandra did my hair wash and colour and she couldn't have been better!

The first time I went a style director cut my hair who was simply amazing. I really liked my cut. This time the hairdresser I had just didn't get the term graduated and I am a bit disappinted as styling my bob is quite difficult now and I will need another cut really soon. Not too impressed this time.
