She was very nice and asked what I wanted to get done. However, the result was not what expected at all. Despite she was professional, I ended up with a different colour and I still can see a huge difference between the roots and the rest of the hair.

I had the European Hair - 50% OFF Ladies Wash Cut & Blow Dry which was an excellent price for the service I received. I saw Lisa (a "style director") and she was amazing.
Despite arriving a little early for my appointment I was seen straight away, and then Lisa took the time to really listen to what I wanted, whilst adding suggestions of her own to complement this. The cut ended up being exactly as we agreed in the initial consultation and exactly what I wanted. Lisa then even took the time to suggest how I could style it in the future - initially straightening it for me, and also showing it with curls.
Overall I was very pleased and will definitely be back. My one wish would be that you could select the stylist at the point of booking as I would definitely return to see Lisa again if possible after such excellent initial service.
