Good haircut. 30 minute wait. As a first-timer, very little dialogue between the individual and myself, which was a little concerning as I would feel slightly more reassured if my opinion was asked, as a 30 second introductory exchange of pleasantries doesn't feel enough to ensure my hair shall be cut how I wish.

Really lovely staff, modern and clean. They even had massaging chairs when they rinsed your hair! I would definitely recommend it. I had to pay extra for toner but I was really happy with both the colour and cut.

I received an excellent cut from Cheron. From the moment I walked in, all her attention was on me and what I wanted and she gave me just that! The layers look fantastic and so healthy it catches the light superbly. Cheron also gave me a wonderful blow-dry with big curlers that I have never had put in my hair because it's so thick, but wow the results made me feel, dare I say, beautiful. This is the first time (after about 8 haircuts I have had in the UK) that I have left a happy and satisfied customer.
The location is great and convenient on Strand and the staff are very welcoming. Great value for money and kept very clean. I would highly recommend Hebe and especially Cheron. Thank you!

Came in for a haircut and to refresh my highlights. Vienna took care of me and was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted, asking questions to make sure we were on the same page. Definitely coming back to this salon!
