I had the European Hair - 50% OFF Ladies Wash Cut & Blow Dry which was an excellent price for the service I received. I saw Lisa (a "style director") and she was amazing.
Despite arriving a little early for my appointment I was seen straight away, and then Lisa took the time to really listen to what I wanted, whilst adding suggestions of her own to complement this. The cut ended up being exactly as we agreed in the initial consultation and exactly what I wanted. Lisa then even took the time to suggest how I could style it in the future - initially straightening it for me, and also showing it with curls.
Overall I was very pleased and will definitely be back. My one wish would be that you could select the stylist at the point of booking as I would definitely return to see Lisa again if possible after such excellent initial service.

Unfortunately I am really unhappy with my haircut. I asked for about 1.5 inches off the bottom and have had about 3 chopped off. I also asked for a few, very long layers. My hair now sits just below my shoulders and I have the shortest layers at the middle of my ears. I feel that the hairdresser, although a lovely person, did not listen to me. She was running about 30 minutes late and I get the feeling she wanted to rush me in and out.

My hair stylist was fantastic, I do not know her name but she has blonde hair with a blue streak at the front. I was recommended this salon by a friend and I have already recommended to somebody else since. All staff were really friendly with their customers, my hairdresser took the time to decide what what be the best cut and colour for my hair. After booking many highlights treatments in various mediocre salons in London, it great to find one where I will return.
