I feel a bit harsh as the lady was nice but I took in a picture of the hair I wanted and it was a light golden blonde - already the same colour as the lengths of my hair so I just asked for my roots to be mainly done then a refresh on the rest. Firstly I was made to brush my own hair! Then the lady showed me hair strands and said she was going to pick this grey colour? I said that that was too grey and I wanted a more golden colour but she assured me it would not come out like that so I believed her. After everything I was left with grey hair! She didn't even finish blow drying it, she said it was enough dry. So I left with half wet grey hair! I've washed it three times since and I still have grey hair! I'm so upset as I loved my golden blonde hair before and wish I never went.

The choice of hair colour could be better. The hair colour needs to be chosen correctly so that it looks right and lasts. The staff need to pay more attention to the client's needs and listen more carefully to what the client wants. Staff also need to pay more attention to the exact treatment that has been paid for so that the correct treatment is given. The atmosphere is generally pleasant. If the suggested improvements are made it would improve the experience.
