I've been here for a few years now and normally have a few select hairdressers that work magic on my hair. Today I had someone else who didn't really understand my needs and my hair looking not that great. I normally leave with amazing hair that lasts all day but this time my hair didn't last 10 mins. Pretty disappointed even though I specified. Great massage when washing but not that great of a cut . Also the price has jumped up by a third from the last time I came so hardly value in that.
