My second time here was sadly very different from my original visit. The hairdresser (Gavin, I think) walked away from the job once I politely asked him to cut my hair differently from how he saw fit. The manager apologised and quickly fixed the issue (which was nothing major - just wanted the ends slighly different). It's a shame, because the salon is nice and in a convenient spot.

I have been coming here for over a year and have always had a decent experience but on this occasion the hairdresser did not come across as very experienced. My parting wasn't put in place before cutting, I had to tell her. She pulled out a lot of hair when brushing. She left a kink in my hair with the straighteners. I had to finish my hair off myself! I left with very static hair. Quite disappointed.
