Staff were very friendly and pleasant. However I had paid to have my hair cut by the style director, the second most expensive option at the salon, normally worth £85. I did not feel the service reflected that price. I paid £43 as part of a promotion and would be very disappointed if my treatment was downgraded because of the discounted price I was paying. The whole appointment was incredibly quick, and when my hair had been washed, the hairdresser began cutting my hair without parting it first, and in fact did not even ask how I usually parted my hair. My hair as it was post wash was in a messy, wonky side parting. In my experience all hairdressers would part any hair in the centre in order to cut it evenly. As I said the staff were perfectly nice but the skill and service advertised and what I actually got was very questionable.
