The choice of hair colour could be better. The hair colour needs to be chosen correctly so that it looks right and lasts. The staff need to pay more attention to the client's needs and listen more carefully to what the client wants. Staff also need to pay more attention to the exact treatment that has been paid for so that the correct treatment is given. The atmosphere is generally pleasant. If the suggested improvements are made it would improve the experience.

I have been to the Salon a couple of time and am normally completely satisfied with the treatments i receive.
This time i wasn't so happy with the cut - I have very thick hair and the the layers where cut a little heavy and didn't didn't sit quite right. This is even more noticeable when i straighten my hair - which i do on a regular basis.
The colour was nice, however although it looks nice, it just wasn't quite what i wanted.
