Everything about this place is 5 stars, and I would usually give them 5 stars, but this time they were running very very late and kept me waiting for ages. Initially I was emailed and asked to come half an hour later to my appointment. This is the third time this has happened. I usually don't mind, but this time, on arrival to my appointment at the agreed time half an hour later, I was left waiting for ANOTHER half an hour as my usual stylist was cutting for a walk in. I understand that this wasn't Neil's fault but the manager's, but I was still super annoyed to be left waiting even after they had already pushed my appointment back. I always tip Neil too, and in spite of it not being his fault, I just couldn't this time after waiting around for so long. Loved the overall hair colour, cut and style though. I can't fault the salon for their wonderful stylists.

The staff were lovely and did a great job with my hair. Everything was perfect. The only negative point was that they called me 30 minutes before my appointment started (while I was on my way) saying that they had to move it to half an hour later because they were running over with someone which meant that I was late for my plans in the evening. Would still highly recommend though!
