Neil was fabulous as per usual! I mentioned I was going to a Hawaiian party that evening and he took extra time to style my hair accordingly and it looked just amazing. So happy with the results!!

Not particularly happy with my colour. The one thing I stressed I wanted was for it to be multidimensional (hence booked a full head of high/low lights) however been left with a quite dark block colour which is the opposite of what I wanted.
Have also ended up with dark dye stains all over my forehead and cheek - although could expect a few drops to spill, these are big stains that I had to go home with visibly on my face.
Nice staff and salon, although the music was turned off halfway through my visit which left a bit of an empty ambience.
Hair washing was a bit of a let down - normally you get a bit of a massage but this was very brisk (so brisk that he had to repeat it after the cut as not all the conditioner had been washed out). Towels old and smelt funny. Lots of hair on the floor.
£95 for for block colour and 5 minute trim seems expensive considering the experience. Don't know whether it was because I got the last appointment of the day - but this shouldn't affect the service I get.

First time visit here for my daughter, very nice stylist and an excellent job done on her hair. Really good to have a salon that works with Afro hair in Central London that is inexpensive and efficient! We'll back soon for some treatments - thank you again
