The place is dirty and untidy. I paid £80 for the hair dye and blow dry and though the colour is just okay, I will not be back. No attention to detail, appointment had been delayed by 30 min, there was no interest in me as a potential future customer. The dye on my face was wiped with some old and dirty looking towel! For this amount of money I had much better treatment and customer service in the past.
