Wasn't happy with the service - the hairdresser couldn't really advice on the color, didn't seem interested in doing so. Coloring left stained patches on my face and when i started checking, I was given a cotton bud to clean them. Same at the end I was given a brush to clean off hair from around my neck myself. the haircut (even as I precisely explained what I wanted) seemed like it was just chopped and I had to point out it was uneven (not a design point!) I definitely won't be back. This is worse as I booked a senior hairdresser rather than a junior one.
