Hairdresser was too busy chatting with colleagues and other clients that she didn't fully wash the treatment out of my hair. It has left my roots matted and burnt my scalp.

I had a great experience at hebe. I was welcomed quickly and picked up by my stylist, Chris before I even had a chance to look around me. He discussed what I wanted, gave me suggestions and talked about the benefits or not of certain styles that suit me and my lifestyle. The other staff were really friendly and welcoming too and there was a general atmosphere of fun. Clearly the same customers come back again and again. I left feeling fabulous and absolutely love my new look!
