I had my hair done by Fig. Although I was happy with the cut they way it was blow dry (straight) on the day, when I washed my hair today and let it dry naturally (I have wavy hair and I did tell the hairdresser that that was going to be my everday hairstyle) the cut did not look great. She did not spend enough time studying my waves before washing my hair and the result is definitely not worth of the price I paid and for what I expected from a senior stylist. Furthermore, the blow dry experience was horrific, she did not care about using her hands to lift my hair and dry them, but what she did was scratching the brush against my scalp and pull the hair to dry them.
I was left with a bruised and sore scalp and a mediocre haircut I will now have to spend more money to amend!
Disappointed.
