It's second time I've been to Hebe and to my surprise it was as good as the first time. Fig, now my hairdresser of choice, makes you feel that she really does care that you get a top class experience and walk away happy. She gave me advice which was spot on. I actually travelled from outside the UK to get my hair done here, and I'm really happy I did, it's worth the effort.

I went for blonde highlights. Explained how I like my blonde, i.e. cool / creamy shade. Once the highlights done and my hair washed and trimmed, I realised my blonde was not as wanted at all. I let the stylist know. 20 minutes later, she offered to put a toner on my hair. She let it on 50 minutes. Once my hair blow dried, I found out my hair was brassy!!! I was still not blonde but I was now orange. I had no strength left to complain. I let it go and left the salon. Now I have spent the rest of the day crying looking at tutorials on YouTube on how to get rid of my orange hair. I have washed my hair about 3 times with a silver shampoo in the hope it would counteract the brassiness but it does not work. Now all I can do is find another place where to get my highlights fixed urgently and pay again! I’m devastated.
