The staff is absolutely lovely! Everyone is very nice and I was very satisfied with the way Fig did my highlights. I used to colour my hair black for a year long so it was quite hard to get it blond and lighter, however she really did well with my hair and it looks fab!

My hairdresser Sandra was lovely, all the staff were chatty and friendly (but not over the top and intrusive). Got an excellent deal, amazing value for money, and would love to go back but for me without the deal it would be very pricey. Loved the colour and the cut was excellent. Nice back massaging chairs too!
