The staff is very kind and the place cozy and clean. However, the lash lift didn't last much and after an hour I could notice my left eyelashes were completely flat while my right eyelashes were still lift up.

The room was really cold, it it was underground and it didn't have a hitter, it is not plesant during the winter to stay naiked while you are waxing. Plus they haven't washed the towel which I supposed to use(strong smell of oil) and on the top of that they put the same towel for the next customer, and you can take easily any diaseas.
The bright side the therapist was friendly. and did a good job with waxing, overall plesant with waxing results, but it is still room for improvement.
