First time at this salon and will be back for sure, as I still have my braids after 4 days! Sim was great! She asked me what I was looking for and we chose the braids type together. Then she did one and she asked if that was fine with me. I asked her to slightly change it so she did both of them as I requested. Also she kept saying that her priority was to make sure I was fully satisfied (not something I experienced in other salons), so 5* and will definitely be back. Thanks, Sim!
