For nearly a year now I have been completing my treatments at heavens. All the staff are amazingly skilled so I never have any difficulties. My wax was clean quick and painless, left feeling smooth for weeks and the re growth is limited because of the execellent removal•about 4 years ago

I didn't get the desired eyebrow shape I wanted. The wax was terribly painful then I ever experienced I could have just done it at home.

Unfortunately they were opening a new branch when I came in and they were very busy. The bleach was left in my hair for 3 and a half hours and it is now brittle and hard to brush. The colour is lighter than I would have preferred and two much of my hair was highlighted. The cut is poor - it is very uneven at the back. I am really shocked at the poor experience because of the good reviews. So far a deep conditioning hair mask has not helped at all. I really wish I never came here.
