Dreadful! Therapist managed to cut me in 2 places when removing the cuticles. The nail varnish (which I brought with me from home) was spread unevenly on my nails. The manager (owner) & the 2 therapists talked in their mother tongue for almost the entire duration of my treatments. Which I believe was quite rude. The manager kept making inappropriate comments (the rare times he was speaking in English).
