When I came home realise my brow was not done properly, when she was doing my facial I’m not sure what she was doing as she didn’t communicate much. She could of told me what she was doing. The lady I booked it was not her they gave me someone else

Lady didn’t leave the room when I got undressed or re-dressed at the end so felt v uncomfortable. Headrest was at wrong end so my face was squished against the bed. Atmosphere was not relaxing - the lights were on, no music or anything.
