Bad from beginning to end. My hair was washed in freezing cold or boiling hot water, and scratched with sharp nails which is not good for my sensitive scalp and really unhygienic. My hair cut is not even on both sides and layers are very blunt, no feathering was done. Finally, although the blow dry managed to burn all my hairs (lots of fly aways at the top) and lots of hair spray was used, the bounces didn’t last until i got home - i live 5 minutes away. Do not go here if you value your hair.
