We took my daughter to Bouncy Blowdry for her haircut with Naila, and the experience was wonderful. My daughter was a little nervous at first, but Naila was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring, which quickly put her at ease. She made the whole appointment fun and stress-free, and the haircut turned out beautifully. Naila really listened to what we wanted and took great care throughout. She took the time to understand exactly the look I wanted and blended the highlights beautifully for a natural, fresh finish.
