Fab experience! Visiting London and had a great last-min cut with Naila. Her shampooing/ scalp massage was 10/10 and she shared a lot of tips with me for my damaged hair. The cut was exactly what I wanted too. If I lived in London, I’d be a regular!

Staff were lovely, gel manicure not thick enough to truly cover the nails and edges so it’s not as thick/durable as could be. Another coat would have been perfect!
