The waxing was very nice, not too painful and good results. I was just a bit disappointed because I booked for 11 but the lady showed up at 11.30 and she didn't even apologise for the delay. If Jason, the guy who does the nails (he does a great job btw), hadn't been there to call her up, I would have certainly left as no-one was there to give me the treatment I'd booked.
