Extremely upset and disappointed. This is the worst eyelash extension experience I've ever had in my life. Sorry but it just looks like shit. Do NOT recommend AT ALL!!
They were also 15 minutes late and called me 30 mins before appointment to reschedule it. Didn't even apologise for that. Plus, the photos look NOTHING like what it is in real life.
No offence to the beautician trainee but she said she did it badly because it was in a bed that she wasn't used to, as someone else is using the bed?!? That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. And for trying fix it, she literally plucked out the false lashes with my real ones! And it hurts!
I'm sorry I don't normally leave bad reviews but I was so upset I just couldn't take how badly this was being handled. the shop owners did not even bother to greet me or apologise or speak to me when I left. It was literally the worst ever (right before my trip!) and I will never ever ever recommend anyone there. I'm in tears! Be warned!

This salon is great on every level- friendly service, loyalty to regulars, great treatments, good prices, and a great atmosphere
The customer service here is great and the staff treat you with respect and my nails look amazing every time. Definitely recommend to others.
I have only been here twice - but had a very positive experience both times. Will definitely return.
