was accommodated for when I arrived a bit late for my appointment. I did also call to let them know I was running a bit late.
Lady was lovely and comforting. Made me feel relaxed in a very awkward treatment.
def would recommend and go back again.

The reflexology treatment is not available, they didn’t even know what it is. Instead I received a ‘Swedish massage’, which was ok, but if I wanted a Swedish massage I would have gone to another spa
