The salon itself was okay, did not have great ambience or cleanliness. They do not take card which was inconvenient and something that should be written somewhere on the website in order to be prepared. The treatment itself was fine, not the quickest nor slowest wax I’ve ever had. The therapist left quite a lot of wax after the treatment which is not usual but seems to have done a thorough job overall. The therapist was very unprofessional and made inappropriate conversation about other clients and was coughing throughout the treatment. Overall, it was fine but not an amazing experience. I would go back if desperate (it was handy to be able to get an appointment on Sunday at short notice) but probably not regularly.
