Unlike my previous visit to this salon, the member of staff providing the treatment this time, who apparently was the manager, did not do a good job. She rushed the eyebrow threading and refused to remove the makeup around the eyebrow before threading, hence leaving me with a scruffy finish. She also 'forgot' to thread an important area around the eyebrow before I had to remind her. Similar rushed attitude with the wax... could have done a better job.
