I'm rating 3* because although the lady was nice, I would expect a better wax for the price. Most hair was removed apart from quite a few obvious, the wax too hot and I wasn't asked how the temperature was, I was left with very red skin and no after care cream applied. I was also asked to give a 5*, nice people but I won't be using this salon again.
