Salon was quite basic but had everything necessary and felt clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and professional. The wax was both thorough and very fast without feeling rushed. It was a little bit painful but I think that was mostly because I had left it a week later than I usually do, rather than it being their fault. Only criticism I have is that they double dip the stick into the wax which I think is a bit unhygienic, but apart from that my experience was very positive.

It's the second time I've been at Heavens Salon & Spa and both times I was really satisfied. The only thing I would change is that they use the roller for the stripe wax and I am not a really huge fan of it, but everything else was perfect.
