I love it here, I've been a customer for almost 1 year, and I can really feel that they value my loyalty here. The nails are almost always done perfectly (and I'm a perfectionist) and if I do find a fault they correct it immediately. As long as I stay in London I will be coming here.

I think there was a mix up with the booking as it was quite short notice and I ended up with someone else. She was lovely, kind, quiet and considerate - but her skills were not there. It would not recommend it to anyone at all. Areas were missed and I was severely bruised, with lots of painful ingrown hairs (which I never normally get).
