I go to Jason every two weeks without fail and his work is flawless! He takes real pride with his nails and he is super friendly and attentive. A real gem to find in Whitechapel!

Really upset and disappointed with my appointment at Heavens Salon. I am always seen 10/15 minutes after the time of my appointment which never bothers me but on this occasion, I think the staff member wanted to finish her day as she was reluctant to show me to the room and sighing to her colleagues and I was one of their last customers. Before my wax, I undressed while the staff member remained in the room which was slightly uncomfortable. The wax was slow and the temperature of the wax was really hot, making it a little painful at times. My eyebrows were then threaded and then heavily plucked, especially on top, which left them really really fine and they had multiple gaps as well as being really sore and sensitive - I had asked for a clean up... not a reshape. The shape is now completely ruined and as a result I won't be returning or recommending Heavens Salon to anyone.

The place appeared unclean and shabby. We were shown to the sunbeds when we got there and basically left to our devices. The glasses that have to be used during the tanning process were broken and useless. The tanning creme that my friend was given, caused an allergic reaction even though she has never had any allergies before. We left without using the tanning beds.
