I am used to Heavens Salon for having my hot waxing done. For the very first time, I had a very poor experience there: 1) the usual ladies were not there so I had a new one in the rush (because I doubt she was actually working there), 2) the hot waxing was really uncomfortable (i. she did not leave the room while changing, ii. she did apply loads of hot wax at the same time instead of doing it by small parts (as usual) which is quite painful...) and not perfectly done as I still have hairs... Really disappointed.
