Went in for a removal and manicure- during removal they filed down the gel way too much on the first finger, and now the nail is extremely thin. Didn’t seem very professional or like they were very experienced in doing this. This alone meant I didn’t want to go ahead with the gel treatment. Asked for the removal only and left
