I specifically booked for Dee as I had had a great experience last time, however my appointment was not with her.
The guy I had did the worst removal ever, I've never had to dip my fingers in acetone before, that's what foils are for. It took 3 attempts for him to get most of my shellac off and still didn't manage to get all of it. I also had to listen to sky tutorials on how to connect the sky box on repeat as they had turned the tv on but it wasn't connected the whole time.
What's more he told me that treatwell overcharges for this service but made no effort to refund me the difference.

Some nice women from Pakistan and Nepal received me and the treatment was quick and good. I will definitely go back.
