great job
Heavens is just wonderful place.
Very friendly staff, all treatments were of a really good standard, this is a lovely little salon really close to the city so perfect for lunchtime treatments
Unsure what type of lash glue that is used at Heavens salon but I can guarantee you that it’s not safe for your eyes. The whole way throughout the appointment my eyes were stinging unbearably, and afterwards for about 2 days. It was difficult for me to open my eyes without them watering / really hurting. I completely understand that this may just be down to my body reacting to the glue. However, today, I went to get my cluster lashes removed at Heavens and the therapist told me that many other people have had trouble with the glue too (why they decided to carry on using this glue I have no idea?!). And, throughout the lash removal, I would suggest that the therapist is more gentle with the lashes as I could feel many of my eyelashes being ripped out due to carelessness and probably strength of glue. The evening after the appointment, I went to get my lashes done at a different salon and I was refused the service. The therapist told me that my eyelashes were too badly damaged from the glue / lash removal that they wouldn’t hold new lashes. The therapist also mentioned that I should have been warned that cluster lashes should only be kept on for a maximum of 3 days - something which the therapist at heavens did not warn me about. I can only hope that heavens have changed their glue by the time I’m writing this because it’s certainly not safe for your eye
I was seen by zainab who was so friendly and lovely. She gave me an excellent facial. Will be coming here in the future.
