So many things wrong with this place:
1) Shellac removal from hands and feet - for hands they filed the top off then soaked my hands in acetone because 'foils are too slow'. This was bad enough and I assumed they would do the same on my toes, but they just filed all the polish (and the tops of my nails) off using an electric file
2) Not a great manicure- I had shellac and French polish but 1/2 of the base came off when he did the tips - I don't know if they weren't using proper gel but it was sticky
3) price on Treatwell is quoted as a discount e.g £25 instead of £45 but the price list in the salon is lower £25 isn't discounted - it's just the cost

Wasn't so sure about the setting but the lady who did my wax was lovely and really thorough so I would go back.

Good nails and they've stayed on although place is rather hectic and nails are right by front door so if you're looking to relax it's quite hard!
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Therapist was over half an hour late. When she arrived she waxed me with strip wax, not hot wax as I had booked. She barely said 3 words to me and didn't provide the option of disposable underwear/thong for my bikini wax. I bled quite a lot which is not really her fault but she didn't even mention it! Nor did she pull the skin particularly tight before ripping the strip or apply pressure afterwards to prevent bruising. I was left with bruises.
Massage was great, (with a different therapist) would recommend that part!
