small cold room. the door was left open as room so small and no dim lights inside. I could hear ppl walking up and down the stairs which were right next to my head. products used are cheap aloe Vera products. only good thing was the shoulder massage and nice staff

This was the first time going to get a Hollywood Wax so I was quite apprehensive after hearing many horror stories about how painful waxing can be! The lovely staff member Zainub made me feel very relaxed about the situation and actually did not cause me much pain at all. This experience turned out to be much more pleasant than I had previously anticipated, so I even chose to get my armpits waxed straight afterwards. I would highly recommend Heavons Salon for waxing and will be returning in future when I need to go again. You also get a better price for booking directly through the Salon. Thank you Zainub for a brilliant wax.
