The venue was clean, tidy and very friendly. The chap on reception was a good laugh and great company. The therapist herself was very good, did the job extremely well and with a minimum of discomfort. She was very personable and bantered with myself and my partner.
Would recommend, and will be returning.

It was my first time and I got a patch test 24 hours before (take this into account if it’s your 1st time). I didn’t know what to expect but the lady that did my lashes was lovely and explained the treatment in advance and then explained every single thing she was doing to make sure I knew what was going on since I couldn’t open my eyes. She asked several times if I was ok and made sure I was comfortable. Since I never use mascara or curl my eyelashes she had to apply the treatment for a second time in order to lift them properly and make sure I had the perfect lashes lift. Now my eyelashes look lovely and really natural. I’m super happy with the treatment and I’ll definitely go back!
