Very basic, it was microwaved basic oil rubbed on your hair/ head abrasively. No technique, no ambience music, when I asked if they liked could be washed that was a great feel but wasn’t warned it was an extortionate £15 fee. Been here before last time the person was great, saira looked at me as I’ve I’ve come to rob the place, another female customer walked in and Saira smiled and was very happy so I’m thinking was it because I was a man, I’d not recommend. maybe different therapist
