It was my first time and I got a patch test 24 hours before (take this into account if it’s your 1st time). I didn’t know what to expect but the lady that did my lashes was lovely and explained the treatment in advance and then explained every single thing she was doing to make sure I knew what was going on since I couldn’t open my eyes. She asked several times if I was ok and made sure I was comfortable. Since I never use mascara or curl my eyelashes she had to apply the treatment for a second time in order to lift them properly and make sure I had the perfect lashes lift. Now my eyelashes look lovely and really natural. I’m super happy with the treatment and I’ll definitely go back!
