Was really annoying how the staff proceeded with threading and not eyebrow wax as I had booked, and as for the lash lift it was only mediocre. The technician wasn’t gentle to my eyes at all, esp when I have sensitive & watery eyes but have never had a problem with lash lifts before.

The threader was not wearing a mask which made me very uncomfortable as she was so close to my face. She didn't trim my eyebrows, which places usually do, and I was literally in and out within 3 minutes. It was quite rushed and not as thorough as my usual threading place is. Won't be coming back.

Honestly one of the best salon experiences I had! I have never had a wax done this precisely - she kept checking in with me on the temperature etc. Also got my eyebrows threaded and it matches my faceshape so well! Can't recommend this place highly enough x
