Booked this salon for my daughter’s haircut. Waited 15 minutes past appointment despite no other client. Midway, owner said I must pay extra because her hair isn’t ‘straight’ and compared prices to barbers - irrelevant. Also complained about TREATWELL fees taking 50%. Extra charges should’ve been disclosed up front. Paid £5 extra instead of initial £10 asked. Very unprofessional. Won’t return.
