I had only booked threading (eyebrows, upper lip). The beautician recommended facial wax. This was my first facial wax -I told the beautician that my skin is very prone to acne - I asked thrice asking if it is safe and clean. But she told me that it will be fine 100%. Next day I wake up with a horrible breakout. I read online that you should only use the stick once and not dip it back in the same pot of wax as it becomes dirty - you need to be very clean for facial wax! Worst experience ever!

I considered posting a review because the stylist was lovely and I think it was unintentional, but I am really struggling with this haircut. I spent years growing out my hair, I said I wanted it long, I showed a reference photo with long hair, but the 2 inch cut I asked for ended up being 6/7 inches. The haircut itself was nice but I don't understand how any miscommunication could have lead to SO much of my hair being cut.
